Pastoral Support Assistant – Havering

Senovo is recruiting a Pastoral Support Assistant for an SEN school in Havering. This is a rewarding opportunity to help secondary-aged pupils develop confidence, improve engagement and feel secure in their school routines.

The role

• Provide individual and small-group pastoral support.
• Help pupils manage behaviour, attendance and relationships positively.
• Reinforce clear routines and restorative approaches.
• Work with teaching, pastoral and safeguarding colleagues.

About you

• Experience in SEN schools, youth work, mentoring or pastoral support.
• Calm, professional communication and clear boundaries.
• Reliable, mature and able to build trusted relationships.
• QTS is not required for this support role.

Pay: £95–£115 per day PAYE. Full-time opportunity.
