Google Ads Manager — Mobile App User Acquisition

This is a remote position.

Mate Technologies is looking for a Google Ads Manager to own and improve paid user acquisition for our mobile apps.

This is an outcome-focused role. We are not looking for someone who optimizes only CPI, installs, CTR, or other platform metrics.

Our app Thermer helps small business owners to print custom receipts on their thermal printers

Your Outcomes

You will be responsible for:

• Increasing high-quality paid users.
  
• Improving first-use activation from paid acquisition.
  
• Improving paid-user retention and revenue.
  
• Maintaining or reducing acquisition cost without sacrificing user quality.
  
• Running meaningful experiments and generating evidence-backed learnings.
  
• Use AI for speeding up insights generation, execution, creatives idea & generation
  
• Scaling spend only when downstream performance supports it.
  
• Developing and testing new creative, audience, messaging, country, and campaign hypotheses.
  

What We Expect

You should:

• Have strong hands-on experience with Google Ads / Google App Campaigns.
  
• Learn the product, users, use cases, countries, monetization, and customer journey before making major decisions.
  
• Make decisions from data and evidence rather than assumptions or gut feeling.
  
• Clearly define hypotheses, success metrics, guardrails, and stop-loss criteria before important experiments.
  
• Explain not only what changed, but why it changed and what we learned.
  
• Be comfortable being accountable for business outcomes, not merely campaign activity.
  

Experience with mobile apps, subscription products, Firebase/GA4, attribution, retention analysis, or Meta Ads is valuable.

Engagement: Fractional / long-term
Expected capacity: Approximately 30–40 hours per month
Salary: Approximately 50K to 1.25 lacks per month This is not a full-time role.
