Sales Officer – Steel

We are seeking experienced and target-driven Sales Officers to strengthen our steel sales operations at Rajesh Metal Craft Ltd. and expand market reach across assigned locations. The ideal candidates should have relevant experience in steel or construction material sales, strong market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and other business clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and other potential clients.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, product demand, and pricing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and product delivery.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and outstanding dues.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market updates, and sales forecasts.
• Provide product information and support to customers to maintain satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in steel sales or the construction materials industry.
• Strong understanding of steel products, market dynamics, and distribution networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
• Good reporting, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory as required.
