Daniel Covarrubias Insurance Agency is hiring full-time, entry-level Insurance Sales Agents in the Coachella Valley who want to own their results. You’ll handle every sale from the first call to the signed policy, working by phone and video from our office. You get the security of a base salary while you learn, plus commission that rewards what you build. No insurance experience is required, just the drive to build a career on your own results.

What You’ll Do

• Reach out to prospective clients by phone and video to introduce our insurance products and services
• Run needs assessments to understand each client’s situation and coverage requirements
• Present policy options clearly, explaining benefits, coverage details, and how each fits the client
• Manage your pipeline from first contact to close and own every result
• Build a client base of your own through trust, follow-through, and referrals
• Build rapport with clients you may never meet in person
• Process applications and finalize sales
• Set your own goals, track your numbers in our CRM, and always know where you stand
• Share what’s working with teammates and deliver a smooth client experience

How You Get Paid

• $70K–$120K OTE annually
• OTE (on-target earnings) is what an agent earns by hitting the agency’s sales targets
• Your base covers the ramp-up, and your commission grows with every client you sign

Who Wins Here

Must have:

• 18 or older, authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• An entrepreneurial mindset: self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by results
• Strong communication skills across phone, video, and email
• Organized and able to manage your own workload and pipeline

Nice to have: sales, customer service, or insurance experience; comfort with CRM and virtual meeting tools
