Civil Survey & Design Manager (Telecom Sector)

Site Survey Verification

• Review and verify Technical Site Survey Reports (TSSR) prepared by subcontractors.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of survey data.
• Confirm that the proposed site is suitable for telecom installation.

Survey Planning and Monitoring

• Prepare daily and weekly survey plans.
• Monitor field survey progress.
• Follow up on survey reports and approvals.

Coordination

• Coordinate with customers and subcontractors.
• Work with Civil, RF, Transmission, and Power teams.
• Ensure that site survey reports meet the requirements of all technical teams.
• Allocate work, monitor progress, and guide survey/design engineers.

Quality Control

• Check the quality and accuracy of survey reports.
• Ensure reports are completed and submitted on time.
• Support timely approval of technical documentation.

Training and Technical Support

• Train field teams on survey methods.
• Guide teams on design requirements.
• Improve the quality of survey reports and documentation.
• Civil Design Review: Review tower foundations, equipment foundations, shelters, and civil drawings.
• BOQ/BOM Verification: Check civil-work quantities and design changes.

Job Specification

• Bachelor degree in Civil / Electronic / Telecommunication Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the same role
• Knowledge of Telecom site construction, civil works and telecom implementation at BTS site
• Knowledge mobile telecommunication network planning
• Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Telecom Projects
• Good communication skill and team player
