Accountant Manager

We are looking for energetic Accounts Executive to Handle Accounts on a Daily Basis for Our Printing and Publishing Organization.

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for ensuring effectiveness of day - to - day accounting activities, including financial reporting and management of internal accounts. Responsible to maintain and update ledgers, Work Order and Workflow, Working on GST Billing, Accountable for Advance and Balance Calculation, Petty Cash Management, Follow-up the Customers for Any Outstanding Dues, Supplier Payments, etc. The candidate should be well versed with tally. Should have a good understanding of TDS, GST, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
  
• MASTER IN COMMERCE (Required)
  
• Accounting: 5 years
  
• Tally: 5 years

• CA-Inter (Preferred)
  

Responsibilities of Candidate-

• Posting Entries in Tally ERP.
  
• Handling Cash and bank Transactions.
  
• Preparation of day to day expenses vouchers.
  
• Maintain Books of Accounts.
  
• Handle general ledger and posting entry
  
• Conducting Reviews and Evaluations for Cost Reduction of Expenditure.
  
• Checking bills for reimbursements of employees' expenses within their permissible limits.
  
• Process vendor payments and check requests
  
• Validation of Invoices Data capture and Indexing
  
• Match purchase orders to invoices and process invoices
  
• Raise valid clarifications before posting an invoice
  
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries
  
• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
  
• Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc
  

·        Writing reports and presentations

• Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any
  
• Supervising Staffs/Team
  
• Process payroll and report payroll taxes for the organization
  
• Preparation of the trackers of work done, follow-ups, pending etc.
  
• Any specific task given time to time.
  
• Any other tasks assigned by concerned person/seniors.
  
• Managing Financial Accounting, Monitoring and Reporting to the management.
  
• Liaising with Auditors, Bankers, Debtors, Vendors, Contractors & Creditors
  
• Income Tax/Roc Matters, GSTR-1, 3B, ANNUAL, TDS, S. Tax, General Accounting.
  
• Providing And Interpreting Financial Information.
  
• Mentoring and Interpreting Cash Flows.
