Senior Facade Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Facade Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead the design, analysis, and optimization of building facades to ensure aesthetic excellence, structural integrity, and sustainability. Responsibilities: - Lead the design and engineering of facade systems for high-rise and commercial buildings. - Conduct detailed structural analysis and performance assessments to ensure safety and compliance with local and international standards. - Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to deliver innovative facade solutions. - Oversee the selection of materials and technologies to enhance durability, energy efficiency, and aesthetic appeal. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables related to facade engineering tasks. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design teams. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, codes, and facade technologies to continuously improve design practices. - Coordinate with manufacturing and installation teams to ensure accurate and efficient facade execution.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. - Minimum of 7 years experience in facade engineering or a related discipline within the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of facade systems including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and shading devices. - Proficiency in structural analysis software and design tools relevant to facade engineering. - Excellent understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards in the UAE. - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Detail-oriented with a passion for innovation and excellence in facade design and implementation.
