What You'll Do:
⚙️ Design and develop automation workflows for service operations
🛠️ Implement robust solutions to streamline IT processes
🔍 Monitor performance of automated systems and troubleshoot issues
📈 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
📝 Document processes, best practices, and technical specifications
🔄 Continuously improve existing automation tools and frameworks

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience as a Control-M Administrator at L3 level.
• Experience in Control-M migration and upgrades.
• Practical experience in database mirroring, HA configuration, failover, and DR activities.
• Hands-on experience with Control-M Automation API (AAPI).
• Experience implementing Job-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines for job promotions.
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Scripting experience in Python and Shell.
• Working knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL databases.
