LINKVIVA, a leading force in the Events industry and one of the Middle East's most celebrated experiential marketing and event management agencies, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead its people acquisition strategy. With over two decades of delivering extraordinary live experiences — from large-scale government summits and corporate events to immersive brand activations — LINKVIVA is on a mission to attract the bold, creative, and driven talent that powers its continued growth across the region and beyond.


In this pivotal role, you will own the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and department heads to understand evolving talent needs and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing proactive talent pipelines, managing and optimising the ATS, driving employer branding initiatives, and contributing to strategic workforce planning that aligns with LINKVIVA's ambitious growth agenda. You will be the champion of candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the agency's creative and dynamic culture.

Experience in the Events or Experiential Marketing industry Proficiency in using LinkedIn Talent Insights and other advanced sourcing tools Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., PHR, SHRM-SCP) Strong understanding of employer branding strategies in the Middle East market Experience with global recruitment processes and cross-cultural team management
