Property Consultant

We are seeking a proactive Property Consultant to join our thriving team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of the local property market to guide clients in buying, selling and renting properties, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. - Provide expert advice on property market conditions and valuations. - Showcase properties to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits. - Negotiate sales and lease agreements with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. - Coordinate property viewings and open houses to attract prospective clients. - Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available properties effectively. - Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor activities in Dubai. - Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management to contribute to company growth.

- Proven experience in sales is preferable. - Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Customer focused mindset with the ability to build trust and long term relationships. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. - Fluency in English is mandatory. - Professional appearance and positive attitude with a goal-driven approach. - Must be motivated working on a commission only basis.
