Senior Lateral Partner, Trusts & Estates (Non-Equity)

This is an On-site role open to candidates based in Concord, NH.

A Concord, NH firm is seeking an attorney with an established Trusts & Estates practice who wants the infrastructure and resources of a larger firm platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Transition and grow an established T&E practice
  
• Maintain and expand client relationships
  
• Originate new business and build the practice
  
• Meet billable hours targets: 1600 in 1 year, 1700 thereafter
  

Requirements

• Established T&E practice with a minimum of $275,000+ portable book
  
• Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow client relationships
  
• Strong origination and practice-development skills
  
• Admitted and in good standing to practice in New Hampshire
  

Benefits

If hours targets are met, 10% bonus on origination plus 10% bonus on receipts.
