Time Keeper

• Reconcile biometric records, manual timesheets, and supervisor-approved attendance reports.
• Maintain employee deployment records by project, location, shift, and cost centre.
• Prepare daily manpower reports and weekly and monthly attendance summaries.
• Verify overtime entries against approvals and resolve discrepancies with site supervisors.
• Submit accurate, approved timesheets to HR and Payroll within the required deadlines.
• Track employee joining dates, transfers, demobilizations, and last working days.
• Maintain confidential records and support payroll queries and attendance audits.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of timekeeping experience, preferably on projects with a large workforce.
• Experience in construction, industrial, oil and gas, or manpower outsourcing environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and attendance or payroll systems.
• Strong understanding of shift schedules, overtime calculations, and timesheet reconciliation.
• Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to meet payroll deadlines.
