As the TA & OD Lead, you will own the full-cycle recruitment strategy for highly specialized engineering and project management roles, building robust sourcing pipelines and elevating Enpigroup's employer brand in a competitive market. Beyond hiring, you will architect and drive organizational development initiatives — encompassing talent management frameworks, leadership development programs, culture-building efforts, and employee engagement strategies — ensuring the organization scales with purpose and cohesion. You will leverage HR analytics to continuously optimize processes, report on key workforce metrics, and inform executive-level workforce planning decisions.

Experience with engineering or technical talent acquisition in Middle East markets Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2) to better understand candidate requirements Expertise in employer branding and EVP development within competitive consulting sectors Knowledge of succession planning and high-potential talent identification frameworks Experience implementing talent management systems or HRIS platforms
