Sales Officer

We are looking for Sales Officer to join our team.

Location: Kathmandu and Bheri

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute monthly & quarterly dealer sales activities.
• Drive sales target achievement through regular dealer visits and performance monitoring.
• Manage dealer stock, orders, supply coordination, and market coverage.
• Develop market penetration through test rides, exchange camps, mileage tests, and other BTL activities.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, institutions, influencers, and other business partners.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market/product feedback.
• Ensure dealer standards, customer service, product knowledge, and operational compliance.
• Monitor collections, LC/BG requirements, and dealer performance.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and market reports.

Job Specification:

• Strong sales and dealer management skills

• Bachelor degree in relevant field

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Market development and analytical mindset

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets

• Minimum two years of experience preferably in automobile or two wheeler industry.
