As a Business Intelligence Analyst with an Analytics focus, you will be responsible for analyzing business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights that enhance performance and drive business outcomes. Your role involves using advanced data analysis techniques and tools to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Business Support

● Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and align BI initiatives accordingly

● Provide expert recommendations on data-driven strategies and opportunities for business improvement

Advanced Data Analysis and Reporting

● Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract meaningful insights and support strategic decision-making

● Design and develop advanced dashboards and reporting systems that meet the needs of various

stakeholders

● Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of BI solutions

Performance Monitoring

● Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business

strategies and operations

Visual Presentation

● Develop a presentation with enhanced data storytelling to improve understanding of insights for better

decision making

● Present findings such as business insights and recommendations to leaders and decision-makers

Problem-Solving

● Identifying issues and opportunities within the business through data analysis and recommending

solutions

Collaboration

● Work closely with BI Reporting Analyst and MIS to define project objectives, scope, and success

measures

● Working with various departments, such as operations, quality, training and operations, to understand

their data needs and provide relevant insights

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

● Stay updated with the latest BI tools, technologies, and industry trends to drive innovation within the

team

● Advocate for the adoption of new BI practices that enhance the organization's data capabilities

What We’re Looking For:

External Qualifications:

● 2-3 years of BPO experience

● 4-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence or a related field, with a focus on advanced analytics

and reporting

● Knowledge in Banking Operations / Financial Technology / Customer Experience

● Proven expertise in BI tools such as Google Looker, MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms

● Experience in data architecture, data governance, and implementing BI best practices

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with technical and non-technical teams

● Knowledge in documenting user guides and SOPs using Google Docs

● Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

● Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments

● In-depth understanding of organization data flow and its use in management decision-making

● Experience in developing data driven business solutions that drive business outcomes

● Knowledge in project management to manage and prioritize tasks effectively

Qualifications Education:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field
