Requirements

• Experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with approximately 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC 6.0 implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects.
  
• Deliver Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) solutions, drive process improvements, collaborate with business stakeholders, and support manufacturing operations within automotive and engineering environments.
  
• Configure, implement, and support SAP PP and QM modules in SAP ECC 6.0.
  
• Analyze business requirements and design efficient production planning and quality management solutions.
  
• Lead the optimization of manufacturing processes, workflows, and system configurations to improve operational efficiency.
  
• Manage and maintain critical master data, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), Routings, Work Centers, and Inspection Plans.
  
• Support and maintain integrations with third-party applications, interfaces, and workflow solutions.
  
• Collaborate closely with business users and stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption.
  
• Work effectively within cross-functional and Agile teams to support project and operational objectives.
  
• Provide functional expertise in automotive and engineering manufacturing processes and best practices.
  
• Deliver end-user training, create functional documentation, and provide ongoing support and issue resolution.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP and QM modules in SAP ECC 6.0.
  
• Expertise in SAP PP processes, including: Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Work Center Scheduling, Shop Floor Control
  
• Expertise in SAP QM processes, including: Quality Planning,, Quality Inspections, Quality Notifications, Results Recording, Defect and Non-Conformance Management
  
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing master data, including BOMs, Routings, Inspection Plans, and Work Centers.
  
• Experience integrating SAP PP/QM with MM, SD, and PM modules.
  
• Familiarity with interface technologies such as IDocs, BAPIs, and workflow-based integrations.
  
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
  
• Experience working within Agile environments using tools such as Jira, Scrum, or Kanban.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments and migration projects.
  
• SAP certification in PP, QM, or related functional modules.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Planning, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
