Key Responsibilities

● Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding,

day-to-day updates, handling queries, and maintaining strong client relationships.

● Project Coordination: Translate client needs into clear project briefs for production,

editing, and design teams. Track project timelines and remove bottlenecks.

● Upselling & Growth: Identify opportunities to offer additional services (motion graphics,

branding, live streaming) to existing clients and support proposal preparation.

● Quality & Satisfaction: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and match client

feedback before delivery. Conduct post-project reviews and track client retention.

● Documentation & Reporting: Maintain CRM records, client logs, and basic status reports

for leadership review.

Requirements & Qualifications

● Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Communications, Media, Marketing, or

Business).

● Experience: 0–2 years in client servicing, customer support, or media management

(Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).

● Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English and Kannada.

● Technical Understanding: Basic familiarity with media production, video editing, or studio

workflows is a plus.

● Attributes: Excellent organization, proactive communication, and ability to handle client

queries calmly.
