WHY JOIN US
If you're looking for a place to grow, make an impact, and work with people who care, we'd love to meet you!

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Product Owner for a three-month engagement to own the business logic and platform rules behind loyalty program outcomes for enterprise clients. This person turns complex business requirements into precise specifications that serve as the source of truth for both human and AI-assisted development. Comfort in a spec-driven, Agile environment is essential.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead design and execution of roadmap enhancements to the Loyalty Cloud, owning the business logic and platform rules that drive loyalty program outcomes for enterprise clients.
- Translate complex business requirements into precise, unambiguous specifications that serve as the authoritative source of truth for automated and AI-assisted development workflows, while ensuring maximum reusability across clients and verticals.
- Manage the product backlog including dependencies, priority, sequence, strategy, and business objectives.
- Identify and address challenges that arise during the product development lifecycle, collaborating with team members to find creative solutions and keep development on track.
- Provide mechanisms for teams and stakeholders to view and track team and product work progress across releases and major product milestones.
- Share vision and purpose for all product development efforts, gaining interest and buy-in from various audiences, including business and technical roles at multiple levels of the organization.
- Own and evolve the business logic governing your domains of expertise, serving as the voice of reason on what the platform should do and why, influencing technical and business decisions alike.

MUST HAVES
- 4+ years working in a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience driving Agile/Scrum delivery projects involving web-based software, API and batch integrations, and real-time event-driven systems, with comfort operating in or transitioning toward spec-driven and AI-assisted SDLC environments.
- Exceptional ability to reason through complex business logic, identify edge cases, and produce precise written specifications, paired with a strong technical foundation and a knack for translating concepts into language business and tech roles can understand.
- Loyalty product, program, or industry experience strongly preferred; familiarity with accounting ledger concepts, real-time decisioning systems, or rules engines is a plus.
- Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES
- Familiarity with UX research and best practices.
- PMI-PBA/CBAP/CSPO/PSPO certification.

PERKS AND BENEFITS
- Growth without limits: build your skills through mentorship, internal TechTalks, challenging projects, and a dedicated annual learning budget
