This is a remote position.

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in keeping reports up-to-date and maintaining the data integrity of the account. In this role, your key responsibilities will include proactively disputing service failures, finding data trends and patterns, and maintaining accurate records within our TMS and USPS Portal. Your primary responsibility is to provide insights to help leadership make data-driven decisions, monitor business performance, and ensure Client operational goals are met.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, dispatching, or operations coordination.
Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and updating customer information.
Experience processing and tracking transportation-related documentation and meeting customer deadlines.
Experience communicating with customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and escalate operational issues to the appropriate team members.
Experience coordinating additional trips/loads and working with transportation systems.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and proactively, identifying potential issues before they escalate.
Experience using TMS platforms, customer portals, and transportation management systems. Experience with 3G is a plus.
