Complex Needs Teaching Assistant – Lambeth

A well-supported specialist SEN school in Lambeth is looking for a compassionate Teaching Assistant to help pupils with complex learning, communication and physical needs.

The role

Support accessible lessons, sensory activities and communication programmes.
Follow individual support plans and agreed care procedures.
Promote choice, dignity, participation and independence.
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and care colleagues.

What you will bring

Experience with complex needs, PMLD, care or SEN education.
A reliable, respectful and attentive approach.
Willingness to support personal care where required.
QTS is not required for this classroom-support role.
