Associate Analyst

• Collect, organize, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  

• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  

• Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  

• Write SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
  

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  

• Assist in preparing business performance reports and presentations.
  

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  

• Support senior analysts in research, reporting, and analytical projects.
  

• Identify data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  

• Coordinate with different departments to gather business requirements.
  

• Automate routine reporting tasks wherever possible.
  

• Maintain proper documentation of reports, datasets, and analytical processes.
  

• Present findings and insights to internal stakeholders.
  

• Support process improvement and business optimization initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc., BBA, B.Com, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  

• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience can apply.
  

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic formulas.
  

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
  

• Understanding of data analysis, data cleaning, and reporting.
  

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
  

• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
  

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
  

• Good time-management and problem-solving skills.
