Naples, FL | Full-time | 10-hour day shifts
Pay: $39–$48 per hour based on experience

A full-time OR RN opportunity is available with a leading hospital system in Naples. This position offers 10-hour day shifts, competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to work with an experienced surgical team.

I will help you understand the case mix, call expectations, team, and complete offer before you make a decision. We also work with multiple hospital groups across Florida and can help you compare other opportunities if another position would be a better fit.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate nursing care throughout the surgical process
  
• Circulate during surgical procedures
  
• Work closely with surgeons, anesthesia and surgical technologists
  
• Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and operating room team
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and safe patient handoffs
  
• Participate in the department’s call rotation
  

What you’ll need

• Active Florida RN license or eligibility to obtain one
  
• At least one year of recent OR nursing experience
  
• BLS certification
  
• ALS or ACLS certification
  
• Ability to participate in call
