Staff Nurse

We are hiring a  Staff Nurse for our Nursing Home in Co Dublin. This job is for someone wanting to join a busy, well-established nursing home group.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of care are maintained while respecting residents' dignity and privacy.
  

• Lead and support staff to boost team morale and ensure effective care delivery.
  

• Implement person-centered care practices to enhance the overall quality of care.
  

• Assist management during audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
  

•  Oversee operations as the Nurse in Charge, ensuring optimal staffing levels and maintaining high care quality standards.
  

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an active NMBI PIN.
  

• Genuine passion for caring for older people.
  

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
