Ecommerce Coordinator/ Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our online marketplaces. You will bridge the gap between order intake, inventory control, and procurement to ensure 100% order accuracy and zero stockouts. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Multichannel Management:* Oversee daily operations, product listings, updates, and order processing across Amazon Seller Central, Talabat, InstaShop, and Shopify e commerce account * *Shopify Data Governance:* Organize the online catalog by creating collections, managing product tags, setting up variants, and optimizing navigation *Order Processing & Coordination:* Ensure orders from all channels are received, acknowledged, packed correctly, and dispatched within platform SLAs (Service Level Agreements). *Inventory Control:* Maintain accurate stock counts across all platforms. Audit inventory regularly to prevent overselling on quick-commerce apps (Talabat/InstaShop). *Procurement Support:* Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) based on sales data, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure new shipments are tagged and entered into the system immediately. *Required Qualifications & Skills:* * Exceptional data management skills; mastery of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is non-negotiable. * High attention to detail—comfortable handling thousands of unique product tags, barcodes, and descriptions. * Excellent communication skills to coordinate between sales, purchasing, and delivery drivers. * Proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. - Proven experience in ecommerce coordination or management, preferably within retail or pet product sectors. - Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing techniques. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. - Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Proactive problem solver with a customer-oriented mindset. - Familiarity with the UAE market and cultural nuances is a plus. - Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce listings. - Experience with content coordination. - Understanding of UAE online consumer trends and marketplace operations. - Minimum 2 years of experience managing Amazon and/or ----Noon seller accounts. -Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab. 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations in the UAE. -Proven experience managing Shopify backends and food/grocery aggregator portals (Talabat/InstaShop). Experience with Amazon Seller Central is highly preferred. -Experience with PPC advertising and campaign management. -Good understanding of product listing optimization and SEO. -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Excellent communication skills in English.
