Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Pathologist to join our hospital team, where you will play a vital role in diagnosing diseases through the examination of tissue and fluid samples. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of biological specimens, including blood, tissue, and body fluids, to identify abnormalities.
  
• Prepare and examine microscopic slides to detect the presence of disease-causing organisms or cellular changes.
  
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings and recommend appropriate diagnostic strategies.
  
• Maintain strict adherence to laboratory safety protocols and quality control standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
  
• Document all diagnostic findings and laboratory data accurately within patient records and reporting systems.
  
• Operate and calibrate sophisticated laboratory equipment while troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.
  

Requirements

• Possess a valid medical degree and specialized certification or residency training in Pathology.
  
• Demonstrate a minimum of one year of hands-on clinical experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory setting.
  
• Exhibit strong proficiency in utilizing modern pathology instrumentation and laboratory information systems.
  
• Maintain a thorough understanding of disease pathology, diagnostic criteria, and current medical standards.
  
• Display exceptional attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data under pressure.
  
• Hold a professional license to practice pathology in the relevant jurisdiction.
