We are seeking a visionary and strategic General Manager to lead our perfume and cosmetics operations. You will be responsible for driving overall business growth, scaling our market presence, and overseeing everything from product development to retail strategy. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the GCC/UAE fragrance sector, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to turn bold strategies into execution. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans and brand strategies to elevate market share and profitability. Commercial & Retail Operations: • Oversee end-to-end retail and wholesale operations, manage key accounts, and drive sustainable revenue growth across multiple markets. Product & Brand Development: • Collaborate with fragrance evaluators and marketing teams to align product launches with regional trends and consumer behavior. Team Mentorship: • Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of sales, marketing, and operational professionals. Stakeholder Management: • Negotiate with distributors, suppliers, and retail partners to secure prime shelf space and favorable distribution terms.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience: • 10+ years of commercial or operational leadership experience in Fine Fragrance, Niche Perfumes, or Luxury Cosmetics. Market Knowledge: • Deep understanding of the GCC/UAE perfume market, consumer buying behavior, and regional retail dynamics. Skills: • Exceptional negotiation, financial forecasting, and cross-cultural communication skills. Language: • Fluency in English is required. Arabic and/or French speaking is highly advantageous.
