Job Type: Sr. Manager/AGM - Business Development

Location: Indore and Pune

Key Responsibilities:

  1. CXO level connects for business opportunities
  2. Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  3. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  4. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  5. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  6. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  7. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities

Requirements

Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation in Sales and Marketing

Work Experience: Minimum 7 to 12 years of experience in the relevant field from the facility management industry

Minimum Competencies:

  1. Effective Communication, negotiation and coordination skills
  2. Good Relationship Management
