AI Engineer 8330

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and optimize Artificial Intelligence solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligent agents, and process automation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and reliable AI applications, leveraging technologies such as Python, RAG, vector databases, LLM APIs, and cloud platforms to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

We are seeking a professional with strong analytical skills, an innovative mindset, and hands-on experience deploying AI solutions into production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), including GPT, Claude, and open-source models, as well as AI agents and automated workflows.
  

• Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to retrieve, process, and analyze information from multiple document sources.
  

• Develop AI integrations with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and document management systems.
  

• Implement intelligent automation solutions for document processing, content generation, and information analysis.
  

• Design evaluation and testing frameworks to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of AI-generated outputs.
  

• Implement security, privacy, and data protection controls to safeguard sensitive and confidential information.
  

• Monitor, maintain, and optimize AI solutions in production, focusing on performance, quality, and cost efficiency.
  

• Evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and models to recommend technological improvements.
  

• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define requirements.
  

• Document developed solutions and provide technical guidance and training to end users.
  

Requisitos

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software engineering or software development.
  

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production environments.
  

• Strong proficiency in Python.
  

• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or open-source models.
  

• Experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
  

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  

• Practical experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
  

• Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
  

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices, application deployment, and maintenance.
  

• Solid understanding of data security, privacy, and sensitive information protection.
  

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript and JavaScript.
  

• Experience integrating AI solutions with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint.
  

• Previous experience in the legal industry or professional services.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
