Job SummaryAX Hotels is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head Housekeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the housekeeping operation, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, and ensuring service excellence across all guest and back-of-house areas.Responsibilities:Lead and inspire the housekeeping team to consistently deliver exceptional standards of cleanliness and guest service.Ensure compliance with Forbes Travel Guide standards and integrate service excellence into daily operations and team training.Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain high standards.Recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism.Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on guest feedback, audits, and operational reviews.Conduct regular team briefings focused on service excellence, guest personalisation, cleanliness, and sustainability initiatives.Work closely with Front Office, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and Reservations to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.Monitor room readiness, special guest requests, and maintenance follow-ups.Ensure housekeeping procedures and standards are maintained and continuously improved.Manage guest room inventories, amenities, and supplies efficiently.Oversee lost-and-found procedures and ensure effective communication with guests.Review operational reports and follow up on any incidents or guest-related concerns.
