Omnisage LLC, an innovative company operating in the Artificial Intelligence & ML sector and the team behind Scovai — an AI-powered recruitment and applicant tracking platform — is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Representative to spearhead growth across the UAE market. In this commission-based freelance role, you will be the primary commercial force responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients in the UAE who are actively hiring and seeking a modern ATS or end-to-end recruitment solution. You will work in a hybrid mode, combining remote outreach with in-person meetings across Dubai and the broader UAE business landscape.
Your core responsibilities will include prospecting and generating qualified B2B leads, managing a structured sales pipeline, conducting compelling product demonstrations of the Scovai platform, negotiating and closing contracts with HR leaders and talent acquisition teams, and maintaining accurate records across CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. You will target mid-market and enterprise clients across industries with high recruitment volumes, positioning Scovai as the intelligent alternative to legacy ATS solutions.
