Product Delivery Specialist

The Product Delivery Specialist is responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of ADGT’s products and solutions to clients, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution across the product lifecycle. This role acts as a key link between Product, Engineering, and clients, coordinating delivery activities, supporting issue resolution, and ensuring that solutions are deployed and adopted effectively in client environments. • Lead product compliance across software and hardware, ensuring alignment with regulatory and gaming requirements • Manage regulatory submissions and certifications, including coordination with gaming labs and tracking approvals • Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate compliance requirements throughout the product lifecycle • Oversee release readiness, ensuring all compliance and quality standards are met prior to deployment • Drive process improvements and reporting to enhance efficiency, visibility, and scalability of product compliance operations

• 5+ years of experience in product compliance, regulatory, certification, or related roles within a technology or regulated industry • Experience with gaming, payments, or highly regulated environments (preferred) • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product release processes • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, certification processes, or compliance requirements • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and business teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities with attention to detail
