SERVICENOW IRM DEVELOPER

Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of robust data solutions within our IT Services division. This pivotal role focuses on leveraging advanced database technologies and integration frameworks to ensure seamless data migration, transformation, and management. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex data architectures and ServiceNow's Identity Resolution and Management capabilities, driving efficiency and data integrity across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement database development strategies utilizing SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL environments.
  
• Design and maintain data pipelines using tools such as AWS Glue, dbt, Airflow, or Informatica to facilitate efficient data movement.
  
• Execute complex data mapping and transformation processes to align disparate data sources with business requirements.
  
• Develop and manage ServiceNow IRM modules, ensuring accurate identity resolution and data governance.
  
• Create and refine Data Migration and Transform Maps to support seamless system integrations.
  
• Optimize database performance and query efficiency to handle high-volume data operations.
  
• Utilize ServiceNow IntegrationHub to establish and maintain secure, scalable connections between ServiceNow and external data repositories.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 to 12 years of professional experience in IT Services, specifically within database and integration roles.
  
• Proven expertise in multiple database platforms, including SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
  
• Hands-on experience with data orchestration and transformation tools such as AWS Glue, dbt, Airflow, or Informatica.
  
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow IRM, including Data Migration, Transform Maps, and IntegrationHub functionalities.
  
• Strong proficiency in database development, optimization techniques, and data mapping strategies.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex data integration projects within a ServiceNow ecosystem.
