Job Summary

The Direct Sales Officer role will execute on-ground sales through booth activations nationwide, promoting UnionBank’s products while delivering strong customer experience and achieving targets.

Job Responsibility

Manage UnionBank booth activations across assigned locations (e.g., malls, events, corporate partners, and affiliates) to support sales initiatives
Actively promote and sell the Bank’s products and services to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in the field
Ensure completion of all mandatory trainings and continuously update product and sales knowledge
Strictly adhere to established bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements in all activities
Represent the Bank professionally by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a positive brand image
