About the Job

Responsible to execute and monitors end-to-end sales & marketing activities of PVC additives within the local and regional markets to ensure timely communications, high product awareness and seamless take up of our Client’s products.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

- Performs and oversee the implementation of the product sales & marketing operations, executes improvements/re-alignments wherever pertinent, to ensure optimal product marketing operations are achieved.

- Assist Sales & Marketing Manager in driving key initiatives in developing markets, manages sales and business development activities, as well as establishing good customer relationships, understanding and supporting customers/markets’ needs and requirement.

- Assist Sales & Marketing Manager in monitoring and coordinating product management, development and implementation in a timely manner in accordance to market needs.

- Conducts sales activities as defined by Sales & Marketing Manager to ensure sales goals and targets are met, deliver sales materials and promotional items to potential clients, through sales campaign, attending product exhibitions, seminars, and other events that can increase sales levels.

- Assist to prepare of annual or mid-term business plan with particular focus on business development function.

- Ensures compliance to Health, Safety & Environment for safe working environment which include compliance to ISO 9002, 14000 and HACCP.

Requirements

Bachelor or Master Degree in Polymer Engineering / Materials Engineering (Polymer) / Science (Chemistry)/ Applied Chemistry.
Minimum 2 years sales experience in chemical products / industry
