Position Overview

We are seeking Insurance Agents who are ready to operate at a high level in a 1099, performance-driven environment.

This role is designed for people who:

Want greater control over their income and schedule
Are looking to build a long-term book of business
Want to do work that matters

You will operate as an independent advisor, guiding clients through health and financial protection strategies.

What You’ll Do

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

Generate and manage your own pipeline (referrals, networking, outbound, etc.)
Build long-term relationships with individuals and families
Position yourself as a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson

Book of Business Development

Maintain ongoing relationships with clients
Drive renewals, referrals, and long-term retention
Build a residual, scalable income stream

What We’re Looking For

Previous sales experience preferred but not required
Active license preferred (Health/Life), or ability & willingness to obtain a license quickly
Strong closing ability and objection handling
Entrepreneurial mindset and self-discipline
Professional, consultative communication style

Compensation & Earnings

100% Commission-Based (1099)
