Perform general repairs and upkeep on building structures, fixtures, and equipment.
Coordinate with vendors and external contractors for specialized maintenance needs.
Manage inventory levels of maintenance supplies and tools to ensure availability.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and site conditions.
Ensure compliance with all local safety regulations and company policies regarding site operations.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in site maintenance or facilities management.
Proven ability to handle general repairs, plumbing, electrical basics, and carpentry tasks.
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to work independently or within a team.
Excellent communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with staff.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Harare location.
