Real Estate Dispositions Specialist

Alpine Trust and Properties is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing the complete sales cycle for property dispositions, driving growth and client satisfaction through expert communication and negotiation.

Role Overview

As a Full Cycle Sales Specialist, you will own the entire journey of a property disposition, from initial outreach to the final signed agreement. This position is designed for a seasoned sales professional who thrives on building relationships, managing a robust pipeline, and achieving ambitious targets. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the sales process.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach via phone and video calls to identify and engage potential property sellers.
• Nurture leads through the sales funnel, building rapport and trust to understand client needs and motivations.
• Manage your sales pipeline end-to-end, from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Effectively communicate property value propositions and negotiation terms across phone, video, and written channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
• Stay informed about market trends and property values to provide expert advice to clients.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive base salary plus commission structure, with an expected earning potential of $100,000 to $150,000 annually, commensurate with performance.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must possess a mobile device with cellular data and reliable home internet access.
• Proven experience in full-cycle sales, with a demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust over virtual channels.
