Operations Relationship Manager

Wealth Escalator by JRG Financial Services Pvt Ltd is a growing financial services firm specializing in the distribution of mutual funds, insurance, and investment solutions. The company focuses on helping clients achieve their financial goals through personalized investment strategies and financial planning.

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Relationship Manager to ensure seamless client servicing and efficient execution of financial transactions across Mutual Funds and Insurance. The role involves coordinating with clients, Relationship Managers and channel partners to facilitate smooth processing, timely resolution of service requirements and a high standard of client experience.

Skills Required

• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
  
• Good knowledge of Mutual Fund and Insurance operations.
  
• Strong attention to detail, follow-up and coordination skills.
  
• Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and within timelines.
  
• Proficiency in Advance MS Excel.
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  
• NISM Series V-A is a plus.
  

Requirements

• Manage end-to-end Operations, including transactions, applications, KYC, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements and service requests.
  
• Support client onboarding and Relationship Management teams with documentation, risk profiling, applications and transaction processing.
  
• Coordinate with channel partners, including AMCs, RTAs, insurers and other financial institutions, for timely processing, follow-ups and issue resolution.
  
• Prepare daily/monthly MIS, reconciliation statements, trackers and operational reports.
