Delivery Head - DMS / SFA / RTM

Summary

We are seeking a distinguished senior leader to serve as the Delivery Head for Distribution Management Systems (DMS), Sales Force Automation (SFA), and Route-to-Market (RTM) solutions. In this pivotal role, the incumbent will orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise software initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. The position demands a visionary leader capable of steering large-scale digital transformation projects within the FMCG and CPG sectors, managing global delivery teams, and driving commercial success through robust program management and executive stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Direct and govern the lifecycle of multi-client enterprise implementations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  
• Lead global delivery operations, overseeing the integration of SAP/ERP systems with specialized SFA, DMS, and RTM platforms.
  
• Formulate and execute commercial strategies to enhance service delivery and maximize client value in the distribution and field sales domain.
  
• Provide executive-level communication and reporting to senior leadership, articulating project status, risks, and strategic opportunities.
  
• Manage large-scale enterprise deployments, ensuring seamless integration of cloud platforms and SaaS solutions.
  
• Establish and maintain delivery governance frameworks to oversee program execution across diverse geographic regions.
  
• Drive digital transformation initiatives that optimize field sales operations and distribution networks for FMCG/CPG clients.
  
• Mentor and lead high-performing delivery teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess 18 to 22 years of progressive experience in enterprise software delivery and program management.
  
• Demonstrate deep domain expertise in DMS, SFA, and RTM, specifically within the FMCG and CPG distribution landscape.
  
• Hold relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile credentials.
  
• Exhibit strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise implementations.
  
• Show extensive experience in leading global delivery models and executing complex digital transformation projects.
  
• Possess advanced skills in Enterprise SaaS and cloud platform architectures, including SAP/ERP integrations.
  
• Display exceptional leadership capabilities with a history of managing multi-client delivery governance.
  
• Maintain superior executive communication skills capable of influencing C-suite stakeholders.
  
• Salary range: ₹50 LPA+
