The role is a functional lead for all employment and engagement onboarding, mobility, and benefits management, and a business partner on performance management, restructuring and other material employment matters. Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end people operations across global entities (excluding Americas), from offer and onboarding through role changes to exit, including contracts from approved templates, records hygiene and audit-ready electronic files.

Execute employment compliance in every market, tracking employer obligations, statutory registrations and filing deadlines, supporting localisation of country handbooks, and monitoring legislative change.
-
Serve as the payroll interface to the global Payroll Lead, validating monthly country inputs, and supporting final settlement calculations on separation.
-
Own mobility and immigration across emerging markets, including employment passes, renewals and dependent visas, ensuring every offer and continuing engagement is supported by a valid right to work.

Manage the employer-of-record lifecycle, including provider migrations, contract renewals, invoice reconciliation and per-head cost tracking.

Administer regional benefits and insurance, running annual medical and life renewals and managing benefit vendors across emerging markets.
-
Implement performance improvement plans and support employment matters, preparing separation, disciplinary, and restructure documentation from counsel input, executing separation logistics and maintaining complete confidential files.
-
Administer the performance and compensation cycles locally, issuing confirmation, promotion and increase letters, updating contracts and systems, and notifying payroll once decisions are approved.
-
Track probation and confirmation dates and issue written confirmations on time, and administer leave in line with statutory entitlements in each jurisdiction.
-
Provide first-line response on regional queries through the HR inbox, escalating cleanly and giving the business genuine coverage across time zones.
-
Support HR set-up for new entities, delivering templates, statutory registrations, and a localised handbook.
