LiveHappy Initiative is seeking an experienced professional for a remote Strategic Communications Manager role in the leadership and personal development sector.

This is a self-directed, performance-based role rather than a traditional salaried position. It offers a flexible schedule and can be pursued full-time or alongside an existing career or other commitments.

  • Connect with people who have requested additional information

  • Develop relationships through thoughtful communication and consistent follow-up

  • Manage your own marketing communications, prospect engagement, and CRM activity

  • Work independently within an established, step-by-step process

  • Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training

At LiveHappy Initiative, we offer access to world-class leadership and personal development programs, structured systems for long-term professional achievement, and the support of a global organization operating in more than 120 countries.

  • Are comfortable using digital marketing, CRM, and communication tools

  • Demonstrate strategic thinking, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through

  • Work effectively independently and take ownership of your activity and results

  • Are open to following an established process and applying shared best practices

  • Value continued leadership, personal, and professional development

  • Are driven, motivated, and ready for a new chapter

  • Are open to an independent, performance-based structure rather than a fixed salary

  • Reside in the United States or Canada; applicants in other locations may be considered based on eligibility

Prior experience in the personal development industry is not required. Comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

Benefits

  • Remote work with a flexible, self-directed schedule

  • The ability to pursue the role full-time or begin alongside existing commitments

  • Comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship
