Occupational Therapist (OT) – School-Based

Partner with our organization to help students develop essential skills, overcome everyday challenges, and participate more confidently in their educational experience through individualized, school-based occupational therapy services.

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to help South Carolina students build functional skills for classroom access, participation, and independence. In this role, you will deliver student-centered interventions, target developmental milestones, and collaborate closely with educators and families.

Role at a Glance

Documentation: Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, compliant therapy records.

IEP & Collaboration: Contribute to IEP planning, recommend adaptive equipment, and guide classroom teachers on implementation strategies.

Service Delivery: Assess functional needs and provide direct OT services targeting fine motor, handwriting, sensory processing, visual-motor, and daily living skills.

Requirements

Education: Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program with completed supervised fieldwork.

Licensure: Current South Carolina Occupational Therapist license (or immediate eligibility) and good standing with NBCOT.

Skills: Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaborative skills. Pediatric or school-based experience is preferred.
