Alhassani Financial Services is hiring motivated, self-driven people to join our outside sales team as Financial Services Outside Sales Representatives. This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who wants uncapped income, hands-on training, and a clear path to grow — no prior sales or finance background needed. If you're coachable, dependable, and ready to work, we'll teach you the rest.

This is a field-based, door-to-door role. You'll be out in the community every day, meeting people face-to-face, building relationships, and helping them access financial products and services that fit their needs. Your income is entirely in your hands: the harder and smarter you work, the more you earn.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective clients in assigned neighborhoods and territories through door-to-door outreach
• Introduce and present our financial products and services in a clear, honest, and helpful way
• Understand each person's situation and recommend the right solutions
• Guide clients through the enrollment or application process from start to finish
• Follow up with leads and referrals to build a steady pipeline of business
• Track your daily activity and hit weekly and monthly goals
• Represent Alhassani Financial Services professionally in every interaction

What We're Looking For

• A strong work ethic and a positive, self-motivated attitude
• Comfort talking to new people and working independently in the field
• Reliability, coachability, and a willingness to learn
• Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to earn what you're worth
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle for daily travel within your territory
• Must have your own mobile device (smartphone) for scheduling, communication, and submitting business
• No experience necessary — we provide full training

Compensation Details
