Key Responsibilities
[ol]Channel Development & ManagementIdentify, screen, and sign quality local distributors; maintain distributor relationships and ensure normal channel operations.Market Intelligence GatheringCollect and report timely market updates, competitive intelligence, and customer needs in the assigned region.KOL Resource ExpansionIntroduce and connect with key opinion leaders (KOLs) from veterinary institutions, universities, and medical communities.Meetings & CommunicationAttend a weekly online meeting to report on market trends, distributor progress, and KOL engagement.Make no more than 5 phone calls per week; remain reachable for urgent matters.Joint Visits & Translation SupportAccompany team members on business trips (up to 5 days/month) to visit clients and provide on-site translation assistance when needed.[/ol]
Qualifications & Requirements
[ol]Familiarity with the local pet diagnostics, veterinary, or B2B channel market.Prior experience in distributor development or B2B sales is preferred.Existing network of veterinary professionals, academic institutions, or industry contacts is a plus.Fluent in Hungarian plus either Chinese or English (for effective communication with headquarters).Self-motivated, able to work independently, and flexible with part-time schedule requirements.[/ol]
Compensation & Incentive Structure (Consultant Fee Model)
[ol]Monthly Fixed Retainer: Paid in RMB on a monthly basis, contingent upon completion of all basic tasks and fulfillment of contractual obligations for that month.Quarterly Channel Bonus: Calculated at 1.5% of the total annual procurement volume from all signed distributors in the assigned region (quarterly settlement). Bonus is payable only if the introduced distributors maintain continuous cooperation during the quarter and orders are finalized with no returns or chargebacks.Travel Expenses: Reimbursed on an actual-cost basis, subject to prior approval and valid supporting receipts.[/ol]
