Urologist - $700K Year-One Guarantee | Full-Time

The Staff Pad has partnered with a large, physician-led, independent not-for-profit health system to recruit a Urologist for a well-established specialty practice serving a broad regional population in Southern, IL.

Schedule: Full-Time | Employed Urology Position

Practice : Primarily Outpatient, with Inpatient Coverage

Position Highlights

• Strong clinical and surgical support across OR, ICU, ER, and inpatient units
  
• State-of-the-art facilities and technology with integrated Epic EMR
  
• Opportunities for leadership, teaching and clinical research
  
• Priority OR block time for the Urologic Department, with access to:
  
  • da Vinci 5 robotic platform &
    
  • da Vinci Xi for cross-system support
    
• Potential PSLF eligibility for qualified physicians

Practice & Facility Highlights:

• Collaborative, physician-led culture focused on quality and patient-centered care
  
• 47-bed hospital with 10 room Emergency Department (no trauma designation)
  
• 5 operating rooms and 1 endoscopy room available
  
• 1 Urology room with a Uroview table
  
• On-site CRNA anesthesia team
  
• Clinic volume: Expect to see 18-22 patients per day in a fully staffed outpatient setting
  
• Shared call coverage with dedicated locums taking first call responsibility
  

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
  
• Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
  
• Experienced physicians and new graduates welcome

Compensation & Incentives

• Base compensation: $700,000 year-one income guarantee + 100,000 sign-on Bonus
  
• Upto $15000 relocation assistance
  
• 5%+ annual quality bonus based on mutually agreed-upon department goals
