Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum (DOE)

Are you an experienced passive fire professional looking to lead high-quality protection projects across Bristol? We are hiring a Passive Fire Site Supervisor to manage site teams, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and deliver projects safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Manage daily operations, site teams, and workforce productivity across multiple sites.
  
• Quality & Compliance: Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure all fire stopping, fire doors, and compartmentation works meet FIRAS/industry standards.
  
• Health & Safety: Enforce H&S legislation, promote a strong safety culture, and conduct regular toolbox talks.
  
• Reporting & Client Liaison: Maintain digital photographic records, submit progress updates, and resolve on-site issues with Project Managers and clients.
  

Requirements

• Proven background in passive fire protection (Fire Stopping, Fire Doors, Structural Protection).
  
• Demonstrated experience supervising on-site teams and subcontractors.
  
• Full UK Driving Licence.
  
• Strong communication, digital reporting, and leadership skills.
  
• Preferred: SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid, or FIRAS/BM TRADA accreditation.
