About this Job:

Q-Sourcing Limited, trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec, is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our Tanzania based client, we are looking for a competent and experienced Receptionist

 LOCATION: Dar es Salaam

DURATION: Three Months

Job Purpose:

This individual will be expected to provide a wide range of front desk support and day-to-day customer care services to all internal and external stakeholders

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

·       Maintain accurate records, files, and visitor logs

·       Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and data entry.

·       Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable always.

·       Provide general information to clients, employees, and visitors.

Requirements

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications / Experience:

·       Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or any related field

Technical Competencies:

·       Excellent Written Communication skills

·       Strong Computer Literacy

Behavioral Competencies:

·       High Attention to Detail

·       Strong Customer Focus

·       Ability in Priority Setting  

·       Demonstrated Routine/Discipline

·       Excellent Time Management

ADDED ADVANTAGE

·       Fluent in English language
