Performance-Based Compensation

Earn commissions based on sales performance, along with opportunities for additional bonuses. Earnings are between $80k - $200k/year.

Flexible Schedule

Work remotely, in the field, or a combination of both. Manage your schedule while meeting client and sales responsibilities.

Training & Support

Receive product training, sales coaching, and ongoing support to help you understand our insurance offerings and strengthen your sales skills.

Experienced producers can continue developing their sales skills and take on additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities over time.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients who have expressed interest in insurance solutions
• Assess client needs and make personalized recommendations
• Complete applications and guide clients through the enrollment process
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide quality customer service
• Meet individual sales goals and maintain consistent follow-up activities
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity

Qualifications

Required

• Active Life & Health Insurance License
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
• Comfortable using technology, CRM platforms, and virtual meeting tools

Preferred

• Previous insurance sales experience
• Proven sales or customer service experience
• Experience with life & health insurance products

Compensation

• Commission-based compensation
• Monthly and performance-based bonuses
• Additional earning opportunities based on sales performance
• Potential annual earnings of $80,000–$200,000+, depending on individual sales results
