What you will be doing:

Analyze design requirements, specifications, and performance requirements to determine the best and most appropriate designs to meet customer expectations, code requirements, and all life and safety considerations.
Coordinate electrical design with other project disciplines and the Project Manager.
Execute and oversee project electrical designs.
Support the Construction Phase, including submittal review and RFI response.
Mentor and develop engineering staff.
Maintain and develop electrical standards in collaboration with senior engineering staff.
Assist the Director of Electrical Engineering with electrical work product quality control.
Act as a senior electrical engineering and design resource, providing assistance and guidance to project engineers and designers.

Experience you will need:

Minimum of 10 years of focused electrical design experience.
Electrical engineering experience in all aspects of design and documentation for multi-family housing, commercial, and civic/government projects.
Professional Engineering (PE) License.
Revit proficiency.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and the general public.
