Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer specializing in Automotive SPICE to lead quality initiatives within our IT Services division. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring software development processes adhere to rigorous industry standards, specifically ASPICE v4.0, while driving continuous improvement and governance. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive background in Agile environments and quality management to safeguard product integrity and compliance across complex automotive software projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure seamless integration with quality assurance workflows.
  
• Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA), manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and handle non-conformance reporting to resolve systemic issues.
  
• Define, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to establish robust quality governance and accountability.
  
• Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing software development lifecycles and operational efficiency.
  
• Execute Automotive SPICE v4.0 assessments and ensure compliance with Capability Levels 2 and 3 requirements.
  
• Apply advanced ASPICE assessment methodologies to evaluate process maturity and drive strategic quality enhancements.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess 6 to 9 years of professional work experience within the IT Services sector, with a focus on software quality assurance.
  
• Demonstrate deep expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and their application in quality management.
  
• Show proven proficiency in Root Cause Analysis, CAPA management, and handling non-conformance documentation.
  
• Exhibit strong capabilities in establishing KPIs and maintaining high standards of quality governance.
  
• Hold specialized knowledge and practical experience with Automotive SPICE v4.0 standards.
  
• Have a track record of successfully managing ASPICE assessments at Capability Levels 2 and 3.
  
• Be skilled in applying formal ASPICE assessment methodologies to drive organizational improvement.
